What is the name of your state?
Florida

So I got behind 4 months in payments. I had been unemployed and everything was just going to the dogs and I hadn't contacted them and I moved from Ca to FL in the past 2 months.

The loan has gone to the bank collection department(I think it is the bank, but I guess I should check?). They want $345.18 for 2 months and will give me a 2 month extension. Nice but I don't have that lump sum. I told them I could send them $200 this week and the rest next week, but they are saying no. I need to square this away because I have to register the vehicle.

Can I do anything? Thanks.

I think they have made a very generous offer considering you are 4 months behind. You need to get the $345.18 together somehow and pay it ASAP if you want to keep your vehicle.
