What is the name of your state?ohio, i lived with a very domineering woman for the past three yrs.She has been abusive both mentally and physically. Recently there was an altercation where i took our child from her, and she came after me . After setting the child down i turnded to confront her, and the gfighting continued, which ended with me striking her. Immediatly i went to the police station.Pics and a report were made, both of us were released. Both charged, see plead guilty i plead not quilty. what do i do?

since i did hit her should i just plead guilty, or go for self defense?I was self defense but since mosts courts side with the women what r my chances. Any advice would be helpful instead of smarta** replies.
