My response:

You have two choices - -

1. Go back to your country voluntarily; or,

2. Wait for the INS bus to pick you up and throw your ass back over the border.

But, the end result is that you're leaving. Bye-bye!

possibly you could still qualify for whatever status you had prior to adjustment. you haven't said what status you had before

What reason is given for the denial?

Reason? What more of a reason did you need? He's a foreigner taking a job away from an American. What more did you need to know than that?

You know.. i seem to find your responses very annoying.. I don't understand what is your purpose in this forum. I believe you are in the wrong forum.. these people post their questions here, in the hope that somebody will have something constructive to say and give them some answers that will give them some peace of mind. You are not doing that. So please keep your stupid remarks to yourself. We certainly don't need them.
And yes, I am one of those " immigrants" that "steal jobs from Americans". But I deserve to earn my living just like the next person. Think before you write. Thank you!

My response:

You don't "deserve" anything. You don't belong here. Why weren't you brave enough to stay in your own damn country, and make THAT country better. Too lazy, I imagine. You came here to sponge off of what was already made by real Americans.

Go home. Real Americans don't want you here.

first of all I didn't choose to move here, but I made the best of it.. especially when faced with people like you.

Second of all..lots of "real Americans" ( what you aren't) want me here.. as I am married to one and can call my best friend a real american..
again what you aren't.

My response:

Why do you think Congress passed a law that says you can't work here without a Green Card? Why do you think it's so difficult to obtain a Green Card?

It's because Congress realized there was a problem with foreigners taking jobs away from Real Americans. I guess Congress doesn't want you here either.

I was born here. What's your damned excuse?

Also, why aren't you answering my questions? You need to go back to your stupid 3rd World country and make it a better place. Go overpopulate back home. We don't want you.
