What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Broward County to be exact. I possess a judgment against a company that was obtained a year and a half ago. I did not pursue collecting the judgment at that time for various reasons not applicable to the question at hand.

I need to record the judgment as a certified judgment at the county recorders office.

Is the process as simple as asking and paying for a certified copy of the final judgment at the county clerks office, and walking it over to the county recorders, and paying the fee to record it?

In this county recording is automatic, but I don't believe certification is automatic.
