You closed your thread, but we should clarify something.
If a child is born to a married couple, the husband is automatically presumed to be the legal father of that child even if the husband isn't the biological father. Is THAT perhaps your confusion?
Otherwise, you're either facilitating paternity fraud or you're lying. Because a stepparent simply CANNOT appear on the birth certificate.
Stepparents are NOT legal parents.
