Tammy,

No. Do i need to tell them ?

it is mandatory to disclose or not to new carrier , they already checked my driving history and after they gave me quote for my auto insurance.

if you do not disclose it, when this accident shows up on your record, you will get, at least, a notice of the new costs of your policy. It might be a cancellation notice though if you failed to provide all requested info when you applied for the insurance.

i just talked to insurance company agent.

Agent he said, he already seen details of accident in when he run my drive history. but claim is less 750$ so it does not effect anything.

So insurance company is known to his accident.

Now in this case if i change insurance company ? Can i do that without any hassel ?

You got your answer. There is no reason you can't change companies while the claim is still open. The original company will continue to work on the claim until it is resolved. Getting a new insurance company NOW does not mean you suddenly had a different insurance company THEN (on the date of the accident). It may take a few more years to be totally settled.
