What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California.
hi,

I was approved for an H1B visa and now I am back at my home country to receive it. I received it last week. While I am here we have arranged with my fiancee to get married next week. My question would be, should I change my status at the USCIS (declare her as my dependent spouse) before her application for an H4 visa?
