Chapter 13 and income tax question

What is the name of your state? Michigan


We are in a chapter 13 payment plan, had a question regarding filing for income tax? Do we file as normal and/or is there anything special that will flag our return as being a chapter 13 bankrupcy? Thanks for anyone that can respond.

Just file your tax returns as you normally would. If you're due a refund, its quite possible the Trustee will want it. Ask your lawyer.
