Well, the notice of 341 didn't mention the bank statement, our attorney did and he said 30 days prior to the date of the meeting, although I would have thought it would be the day we filed as well. The statement I am bringing covers the day we filed and it is for a month so it ends just a day after the 30 day prior to the meeting date.
