What is the name of your state? Texas

I found a picture posted of my daughter on myspace.com and I did not authorize this. Is there anything that I can do about getting this removed legally?

The picture is posted by my daughter's, mother, exboyfriend, sister who is in the picture with her.
She is 6.

No, it just states " Here is me and my neice Destiny". It is not her neice! It does not give away any real location information. The issue is that I dont feel comfortable having my daughters picture on the internet, mind you, myspace.

There is nothing you can do but ask the person to remove the photograph. You can talk to Myspace as well, but neither have a legal requirement to do as you ask.
