If I'm 15 and an 18 year old male that I have never met before pushes me in a bathroom at the mall does ???? to me it is called rape.

If I'm 15 and my 18 year old boyfriend is caught by mother in backseat of his car doing ???? to me, it is called statutory rape.

I'm not saying consent was implied, because of the age of consent. But that there is a major difference.

Correct.

Some states make a distinction between statutory rape and forcible rape.
