What is the name of your state? Texas.
My wife and I separated January 1st, 2005. She recently informed me she wants to move her and my 13 year old son to another town 530 miles away sometime in June. She has not yet filed for divorce. Is there any way for me to stop her from moving until the divorce is final. This is certainly NOT in my sons best interest. The move is for a new boyfriend. They would still live in Texas.

Yes, you can certainly try to stop her from moving your son that far away. ...go get yourself a consult with an attorney..NOW.

I would go get a lawyer real fast. There is no way i would let someone take my kids that far away especially to be with her boyfriend. GET YOUR SELF A LAWYER QUICK!!!! Good luck!
