What is the name of your state?KANSAS
I would like to know if someone can help me? I have a nine year old step-son who has two other siblings from a previouse marriage. He wants to see them. The father has not seen the children in ten years, and is unable to locate them. If they are located does the nine year old have the right to see them even if the father does not? :confused:

It really depends on how his siblings mother feels about it, if she has no problem with him seeing them, then it should be okay.

Is his father okay with him seeing his siblings?
