AS for the the filling out 8332, neither of us have filled that out. The original decree said I could claim her every other year. The new Stipulations states while shes in arrears only I can claim her. Taxes always been done with H&R Block, so I would of thought if that form 8332 was necessary they would have had me filling one out.
AS for contempt...its a waste of time....she is in contempt for more than just this issue and pretty much laughs at the judge. Our daughter is 17 , so I am almost done having to deal with this nonsense anymore. What good will it do her to sit in jail at this point.

We will try this again.

When you have a stipulation in the court order about who has the right to claim the child, the CP must provide the NCP an 8332 when the NCP has the right to claim in the child. The NCP is supposed to send the 8332 with their 8453-OL.

It appears that based on your prior posts, that y'all haven't been handing this correctly in the past.
