OP- Please come back on Tuesday & let us know what she was actually awarded. I'd LOVE to know.
Its women like this who give female CP's a bad name. She sounds like my husband's kid's mom who acts like she should get his entire paycheck b/c its "owed" to her, so she can sit @ home & get fatter & lazier & not work. She got a rude awakening. She thinks everyone on the planet (including the welfare system) owes her something.
Is your brother's ex on any forms of welfare, btw?
The way he explained it there was a temporary order for 750.00/mo until he completes his 2004 and 2005 taxes and submits them, so from what I understand the temporary order was based on 2003 income until all the remaining financial is submitted.
Must have been interesting he said that 10 minutes before court her atty gave him some financial thing he had to sign and give to her. She told the judge that he has not signed it or given it to her, implying he wasnt cooperating. So he told the judge to please ask her when he was provided this paper and when she told the judge she had given it to him right before court, he told the judge that he shoud have time to have this looked over before signing anything, and the judge agreed.
Apparently there will eb shared parental custoday and they have to go to mediation to work all that out.
