When I got divorced I was making $95,000/year and my wife was not working. Due to the recession I am now making only $80,000/year but I am still making child support payments based on my year 2000 salary of $95,000. My now ex wife is remarried, finished college and is a teacher. Can I go back to court and get my support modified to reflect our current circumstances?
