i do payroll in california and have an employee who's child support was raised because i did not send in his payments for 12 weeks. i deducted the money from his paycheck but never sent it in due to an oversight on my part. what should i do to help correct this problem?

call your boss and the company's attorney (or hire one) and fix your error; notify the court and the child support office that you screwed up and pay attention to your job.
