You don't know when to stop. EVER. You got help. And before digging yourself into a hole you could have just quit. Instead you had to keep going. You are right -- you are not very popular here. Too late. And truthfully, not sincere. The problem is you refuse to acknowledge your improper actions and refuse to take responsibility. The more you post, the less likeable you are. Based on the CO, you have to pay the child support. To CYA, mail the checks registered mail w/ return receipt requested to prove she physically received the cks in the mail. Its up to her if she deposits them or not. Keep copies of all checks written along with the returned receipt once the USPS returns it to you. Your bank statement will show gaps in the check sequence to further solidify your claim that checks were maild. This proves your husband did his part, paying CS on a timely basis.

Yes but...

But will this really cover his butt? I mean, there are ways around this. What's to stop OP from taking a check out of her check book, writing it to baby momma, making a copy of it, and then throwing it away, then sending an empty envelope to baby momma certified, return receipt.

OP's husband needs to have CS handled via CSE. THAT'S the ONLY way her can truly cover his ass.

thanks i will take that advice.... no i dont need a shrink people just need to get over the fact that their ex's dont want them anymore.... now her child will have a brother or sister coming
