That's what I'm afraid of because she is taking it to CSE...I think they will find out if he is really collecting or not...... What would happen if he's not cllecting? because he's also not working...I pay all the bills for right now
OK, he's an adult, right? He doesn't really want to play "hide n seek" about his responsibilities, especially with regard to his dependent child?

They will re-assess child support obligation based on the truth since what he gave them wasn't true or didn't play out the way he said it would. He'll get a nice little arrears from that game.

Didn't you just give birth? Why are you paying "everything" right now? Don't you think you might deserve something better than a husband that tries to cheat to get out of supporting his first child, and now happily lets his wife shoulder the burden of all the bills, while at the same time providing him with his second child (sorry I didn't say first daughter, as clearly you try to make your child more important than his "first" son).

Seriously, get some self respect, and kick that husband of yours in the arse. Stop paying his bills and sock as much as you can away, because you are going to end up supporting your daughter on your own. Oh, wait, that is what you already do.

He's not the problem or the only problem. Read her other thread. She thinks it would be a good idea for her to approach Mom to let it go seeking CSE b/c Dad perjured himself last time saying he was going on disability.

Of course whatever we say OP does the opposite of so why bother wasting our time ....

She has exactly what she deserves. The new baby, however, deserves much more.
