I am a mother living in the state of texas and me and my husband are seperating after less than 2 years marriage . we have a three year old boy and i am wanting to know what percentage of support he must pay because he already has two kids from a previous marriage that he pays support for.

Depending on how much support he's paying for the other 2, under federal guidelines he can only pay up to 50% of his paycheck. I believe it's up to 60% if single, 65% if in arrears.
