What is the name of your state? Iowa

just curious, I know state to state is different, but i was wondering if overtime is included in figuring out the income levels for CS amounts, since overtime is not a guaranteed income.

I don't know about your state, but before my hubby got joint physical custody, when OSE calculated his support, they did not go by any overtime. When my hubby was filling out the papers to determine his amount, he said he did get overtime, and a small x-mas bonus, and they did not take that into account. I hope this helps... Good luck. Let them know that his overtime is not often, and usually does not get it.:p :D We now have joint physical custody, so we don't have to deal with OSE:p :)

anyone know how difficult it is to get joint physical custody if you're only an hour and a half apart.
