What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I am in a divorce and it is about to go through and they are going to modify the support order. I want to know if I was wronged the first time around because I never got to fill out an income and expense sheet? I do not have a job because my son is only in kindergarten and he goes a half day and I cant afford daycare. What all is included for figuring out the amt of support needed for the child? Any info would be appreciated.

you need to include all of your income so that they know how much you need for the child He needs to pay it

Really? And on what legal basis do you make such a statement?
