In California. My Girlfriend pays child support to her husband who is a contractor and doesn't report much of his income. We are thinking of getting married. Can he go back to court and request an increase in child support based on my income added with hers if we get married?

Increase no. Decrease yes. Why? because if she is smart, she will get an attorney to show he is not reporting all of his income.
