We live in Pennsylvania. My husband has a son who will be 18 in Jan. 02. He is still in high school (11th grade). Does he still have to pay support once he's 18??? For now there is no court order. Him and his ex have a verbal agreement and just want to know the law as to whether we must keep paying beyond that magical age. We've searched sites and no luck. Please help.

Thank You, Jami D.

Your husbands court order should spell this out. I know my husbands said 18 or 19 if still in high school. However we live in CA so I couldn't be sure about your state. Anyhoo have him take a close look at that order.
