(Georgia) Divorced 8 months ago from a cop.I had no legal representation. He used his good friend for the divorce so I basically had to take what they offered.I had minimal income as a waitress working nights.I settled for $300 a month to support our 3 year old daughter. He agreed to pay extra when he was able and to keep her on his nights off while I worked. He is now getting married next month, just purchased a huge 2 story home and an extended cab pickup. He has yet to pay extra or help out with the extra day care expense. Can I take him back to court for increase in support?

I do not know the laws in your state.

For information purposes, in Indiana, you must wait at least a year since the most recent support order OR you have to show a substantial and continuing change in circumstances in order to seek a child support modification.

If he has a court order on the day care payments stating that he must pay them and hasn't been making them, then you might have a potential contempt of court issue.
