What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
My wife left again back in Aug, she cut off communication with me and my children, she has them, I filed a divorce petition, so what can I do to enforce the contact between me and my children? I believe at this point she has not filed an answer with the court.

If nothing is ordered you can't enforce anything. Did you ask the court for a temporary order?

then again, if nothing is filed..... he has every bit as much right to the children as she does...

Oh absolutely, without a doubt!

Thus the question about a temporary order - if Dad hasn't yet, he needs to. And pronto..preferably before Mom gets there first.
