I live in Chicago & I am having problems with my sons mother allowing me to see my 9yr old son on a regular basis! I have never been a dead beat father & I do everything I am supposed to be doing including paying child support, providing medical insurance as well as spending quality time. I don't have a phone number for my son's mother to call to check on him & when she calls me she calls private. With his child support money I can't even see where it's going because I end up still buying things for him his mom is supposed to take care of with his child support money. I don't see him nor do I talk to him until she decides she wants to let him come over for the weekend!! she don't even let him call me...I think my son will be better off with me but I'll be just as happy seeing him on a regular like im supposed to. I know I can go to court for visitation but I don't have extra money for that right now so this whole thing just lingers on.
