also, OP, you admitted you threw the marshmellows.
However, it may have been without the intent to feed anything, just disposing of them.

But I agree with garrula's agreemtn with Caveman; might as well go for it and see what happens.

Had my arraignment today and was offered a "plea and pass" (not sure if thats the correct phrase), meaning if I plead guilty and did 8 hours of community service the charges would be dropped, case dismissed.If I fail to do 8 hours of service and report back in 30 days then I will be charged and required to pay $333 in court fees.

After doing the service and having the charges dropped can this be expundged from my record even though I plead guilty?

Would this be the same thing as pre trial intervention? If not, what is the difference?
