What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? South Carolina,

Hello, I was wondering if I can get advise on obtaining an US citizenship with F2 Aggravated Assault ( criminal conspiracy 1st offence ) This happen back in 1995
I didn't spend any time in prison other than the time I spent waiting for the court date which is about a month. I just need a 100% assurance because I don't want to throw away money please help.. Thank you
