Actually, Puddin', he is.

Why wouldn't he be? An experienced attorney familiar with civil rights law sounds like exactly what you need.

So, he is either NOT an attorney or is lying his ass off to you. Whatcha think?

Do you ever go visit the duck to see how he's doing?

and for anyone thats done their research, 2012 is the beginning of a new age. everyone does not die, but those who are worthless are cleansed from the earth. i though everybody knew that... or maybe just those planning on staying...

There is no such thing as "unseen injury". Either you are injured or you are not. You were not injured and the charges were dropped. Just because you are not charged or prosecuted does not mean the arrest was uncalled for, improper, or illegal.

and still, everyone criticizes yet i have not seen one valid point made

Its because we aren't going to read your book, to find your valid points, so we can answer with valid points.

want serious answers? stick to facts.

me and my roommate have great psychological conversations is an example of garbage we don't need to wade through.

I am going to be nice, and edit your post.

Yes, you did. You just weren't paying attention. See, you are one of those folks that writes a novel and then gets upset if we all don't ignore every single other poster to all join hands and help only you.

You creeped out your roommate. He called in a terroristic threat. The police rightfully responded. They found you with an illegal weapon.

Your legal expert says you don't have a Kleenex's chance in a blast furnace.

What else would you want?

Seriously, were any ducks injured in the making of this post?

What happened to the attorney that was appointed previously? If you cannot afford one, one should be appointed.

What exactly are you charged with?

Was attorney Smith appointed? Have you tried calling him?

Most people here are not lawyers. But go ahead and define an unseen injury and what it means legally. It's not what you have. What you have is a nonexistant injury and some annoyance. Being annoyed is not something you can sue for. The police were doing their job. If you can't get past what happened to you, then you need to seek therapy.

Yeah...

Right.

The Rapture.

Okay.

You do realize, of course, that you are twisting Judeo-Christian belief into a Mayan calendar and coming out with the end of time, right?

You do also know, of course, that every so often, people predict the end of the world. Just last year, in fact. We all are still here.

More importantly, if the world is ending in a year, why are you wasting time in school?

@ stevef

i was charged with carrying dangerous weapon.
Police report reads they asked if i had a weapon (they interviewed me in my room) and i pointed to one on my desk. i was not carrying it. then i was arrested. Smith was appointed, but he tried to make me plea guilty as he is friends with the police.

IT is legal to own according to massachusetts law. it is illegal to carry

i pointed out the charge that made no sense with the police report and it was dropped, now im looking to countersue

After all, the only person in this entire story that was actually annoyed was the duck.

After all, that poor animal had a raving lunatic stalking him.

I think I will sue on behalf of the duck.
