Class Action Lawsuit vs. Cohen and Slamowitz

I am looking for others like me to participate in a class action lawsuit against Cohen & Slamowitz. I have been a victim of their outrageous tactics and I know there are others as well judging from the various postings out there.

In my research I have learned about the manuevers of Cohen and Slamowitz. These include:
-Procuring default judgments via improper service
-Illegal freezing of assets
-Harassing and abusive actions
-Pursuing erroneous and often out of date debts

Many (including myself) have been on the receiving end of these unlawful practices. I can attest to the anguish, aggravation, and "agita" caused by them. I know I am not alone.

I am a victim of Cohen and Slamowitz and I will gladly join your class action lawsuit. They have done the same thing to my wife. We had a joint account and they froze our bank account. Fortunately, we have several accounts and we did not have too much money in that account. My wife recently had a baby so she does not work and there is no way for them to garnish her wages. I know they will be back for more, so I will do anything to stop their harrassment.

That's even better than the collection attorneys of "Dewey, Cheatham, and Howe"!

Pay your damn debts, and people won't "harass" you by "freezing" your accounts to get their money - - through the courts!

Actually, these guys used to be Upton, Cohen, and Slamowitz, I guess Upton left and they dumped the name.

They are scumbags, to be sure.

These idiots are leaving prerecorded computer generated messages on my answering machine for someone I do not even know!
These morons are so inept that the message states to hangup if I am NOT that person and if I continue to listen I am admitting that I AM that person.
Well, how the heck can I do that if I am not even there and the completed message is already on my machine.

When I call the number that was on the message, it says "mailbox full".

It is unlikely that any such law suit woud prevail or even get heard. I would suggest contacting our state's AG office instead.
