If you only have a suspicion then you and the other members need to get together. Ask to look at his accounting for income and expenses. If he can't or won't provide the information then get rid of him. If you have evidence that he is stealing, call the police.

I'm not the only one with these suspicions. Oth parents think this as well. We have asked for documentation of all the expenses but he just puts us off. Is there anyone who can make him provide this?
