Also, the citric and phosphoric acids in both Coke and Pepsi isn't nearly as strong as the stomach's naturally-occurring gastric acid.

But I think OP is just having a little fun with us, anyway.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada

What are my options if coca cola gave me Helicobacter Pylori, Chronic gastritis, a stomach ulcer and erosive esophagus? I believe they should have warming labels on their cans; I feel as if I am in the same boat as the people that sued the cigarette companies. And one more thing, I AM 20 YEARS OLD, these problems normally exist for senior citizens. Soda; specifically Coca Cola; is a VERY dangerous substance. It very easily causes multiple kinds of cancers and it's about time the public knows. But to make it short I would like to know if anyone has sued coca cola or a similar reason and if you believe they are responsible for my medical bills because they're are at fault and there is no possible way I will ever be able to pay. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Is this kinda like claiming "McDonalds made me fat" when you were the one who put the cheeseburger in your mouth and McDonalds really had nothing to do with it?

Any GI issues with Coke and gastritis/peptic ulcer disease has nothing to do with the citric and phosphoric acid (which, has already been pointed out, does not come near the natural acidic content gastric contents) it contains but may be influenced by its caffeine which tends to stimulate gastric acid production.

One thing that is true is that anything that we eat or drink to serious excess can cause us serious health problems. Even something as healthy as carrots can give you vitamin D poisoning if you eat them to serious excess. So Coke likely would cause health problems if drank to serious excess.

Although not disputing the above, the fact remains that no one held a gun to the poster's head and forced him to drink Coke. He made that decision all by himself. So he can't successfully sue Coca Cola for anything.

Haha! Good one! But then, the morbidly obese may be coming to these boards seeking advice on their "disability" caused by the coke, fast food, etc. :P

Post the name and number of your doctor so that we can confirm your claim that Coca Cola "gave" you Helicobacter Pylori, chronic gastritis, a stomach ulcer and erosive esophagus.

What you "believe" is irrelevant without proof.

Provide a source for your claim that it "very easily" causes "multiple" kinds of cancers.

Hah..

My grandfather has drank coke for almost 60 years. LITERALLY he does not drink anything else, I'm dead serious. He is even diabetic(born that way), and he still drinks it. He told me that the last time he drank water was when he got stranded on a fishing trip in his 40's. He's convinced that water is horrible for you, because it provides no nutrients and it's contaminated.... LMAO!!! He's not sick or dead, so why would you think Coke caused your problems? Some people have genetic pre-dispositions to certain illnesses, and sensitivities to certain substances. If you are certain that drinking coke caused your problem. Then it's your responsibility to stop drinking it. Too many people who drink it are just fine.... I'm allergic to Tylenol (acetaminophen), it causes major problems for me, but I cant sue Tylenol if I decide to take it and it makes me sick, because I'm responsible for my own body. Now if my doctor prescribed me something with Tylenol in after I told him I'm allergic, and then a problem resulted, I would have a lawsuit. But not against tylenol, against my prescribing doctor. So unless Coke forced you to drink their product, you have absolutely no case, because it's your responsibility to keep your body safe from things you know can harm you!!! :)
