We were involved in a car accident where the other driver hit us and caused quite a lot of monetary damage to our car. She did not have insurance and we found out we dont have insurance after getting the estimate the lady now wont talk to us even though she agreed to pay I would like to take her to court but need to know how i go about doing this and what type of court we should file in. Thank you
