Dear Mr. Guru, I am so very sorry, I just realized
I made a mistake. The lease was bought at OFFICE Depot, not Home Depot.
I am very sleep deprived because I try to sleep in the hospital with my mother and that is not working very well at all.
Sorry for the error. Very silly of me.

Penny Talk to your atty to see if gathering proof of his activitys will help you go after him for his bad behavior . go see if you can either rent or buy camera equipment to record the common areas of the property and get proof of his actions if the atty can see what this guy is doing and saying so can the police if it becomes warranted and the atty could help lead you in the right direction incase his behavior meets stalking laws in your state .

Thank you so much . . . what a great idea! He scares the dylights out of me.
I am upset because I keep very late hours and I feel so nervous when I am coming home . . .I have an apartment here as well as an office and he knows it. CREEPY, very creepy.
