Common Law Marriage

My mother is in a common law marriage in Alabama.Both have children,but non together. House is in both names,vehicles in her name,but she pays for all from pensions.If she dies first,the house goes to him.Everything in the house and the vehicles are hers,does her grown children have any rights?
