company firing brother and me

the company is based out of NY.

my brother and I work for a merchandising company. I might get fired and out district manager has said that he will fire me, and my brother, although my brother hasn't done anything wrong, what is the legality of my district manager firing my brother, they have had no previous issues with him and no problems with him.

It's perfectly legal as long as it's not because of his race or other protected class.

Your broher should kick your butt for getting him involved, even if by osmosis.
