I want to launch a Natural ayurvedic Product for Sex and slimming. I want to know is it legal to make comparison in my advertisment with viagra or any products.

Also I want to know before launch in market what is the legal issue I should be aware about.
I am an indian I want Launch this product in Brunei and Malaysia . I want to know what is the required legal procedure. Is any registration or certification is required from Government.
Becuase it is Natural Herb so it has no side effects by over dosing etc.
