What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?California,

My concerns are that my father has a living trust were my younger brother is trustee, does that mean that he has control now of my fathers asses?
If my brother who is not my father's real son but was raised by my father has a irrevocable trust can I as his real blood daughter contest his will after his death.

My brother and sister know that I am my fathers real daughter and so out of jealousy they had defamed me and brainwashed him. Also my sister in laws have taken advantage of my disfunctional family and have won my fathers love because he thinks they are better than me., have been made beneficiaries.

In irrevocable trust do I have any power to contest my fathers trust as his daughter.

My mother passed away in 1994 she had been divorced from my father for about fourty years, however when she passed she had aquired some property as a gift from a elderly person she took care. When she passed my sister said my mother had given her the home but on the deed it had stated her name and my fathers last name which we would think it meant all of the other children with the Blair name. (it stated Carmen Washington and the Blair's). Somehow my sister in law and brother had the real estate agent and loan officers change the deed to their name as I was told by my sister in about August of 2005 without informing any of the rest of the Blair's. They made of 58,000 buy from my sister and purchased a home. What if any can I do to get my portion of my mothers's estate, if apparently there was fraud in this real estate transaction ?

Hold the will and trust documents up to the monitor and I'll read them.
