What is the name of your state?FL
I live in community which the builder calls free-standing condos. Therefore we have hoa and condo docs. The developer is turning over the association to the community and we are voting on 3 representatives to the board. My question is this: The management company that oversees the community is owned by a couple purchasing property in the community and they also want to be on the board. To me this seems like a big conflict of interest. Are there any legal grounds to disagree with this situation??
