What can be done about a man who constantly is either behind in paying his condo fees or just doesn't pay for months at a time. He is about $10,000 behind. We have tried payment plans, contracts, etc. We did get a judgment a while ago from a Magistrate but he still isn't paying and says he doesn't have any assets.

could try and get a lien placed on his condo. depending on the condo rules maybe able after a while to foreclose on the condo for unpaid fees and sell it.

Best to talk to the lawyer for the condo assocation(you do have one right?) and see what leagal ways to deal with it are.

**A: the Board should have hired an attorney to collect or foreclose $9000 ago.
