What is the name of your state?MI

I filed a complaint against two co-workers over a year ago. After an investigation, one of them was written up.
Now, both co-workers and I get along and have put the past behind us. The one co-worker that didn’t get wrote up is now our new union rep.
10 days ago, 8 people filed a joint grievance and I am one of those people. Our union rep went up to the supervisor’s office to talk about some of the issues. One of the issues concerned me. When I was brought up, the supervisor asked why this co-worker/union rep. was sticking their neck out for me after I wrote things about them in the complaint. Then the supervisor asked this co-worker/union rep. If you want, I will show you the complaint they filed and I bet you wouldn’t be sticking out your neck for them.
Now, when I filed the complaint, I was told it would be confidential. Is this legal for this supervisor to do?

Yep unless your union agreement has something to the contrary.

Now, when I filed the complaint, I was told it would be confidential. Is this legal for this supervisor to do? Yes. The only information your employer is obligated to keep confidential is medical information they may have on employees obtained via their group health plan.
