What is the name of your state? Minnesota I work for company that is union. When people get fired for attendence reasons - they are able to collect unemployment. When I asked someone why that was because - listed on the website - it says - you don't qualify if fired for attendence. I was told that because the employee was a union member that the company can not say why they were let go - only that they were no longer working for the company. Is this the case...I am confused.
