I don't know the legal fees in your area, but if he's done as much work as you say and y'all like him, then pay the dough and have him do it.

do you have any idea what percentage of medicaid applications submitted directly by client/client's family are denied the first try vs those apps submitted by an attorney (elder law or other)?
