What is the name of your state? California

Is anybody pursuing credit card companies for false advertising and/or unfair business practices? Advertisements seem to contradict disclosures and agreements. And it seems they are targeting people with low FICO scores, which smacks of predatory lending practices, when you consider their "universal default" clauses.
