It's at 10:00 on Monday. I don't see how I'll get ahold of her in time. What should I do?

do what belize told you in your other post about this- go to court yourself and ask for a continuance because there was no opportunity to file a response

i'M CONFUSED...
I thought she wasn't your representation for this case. She was not hired by you for this issue. You need to apply another retainer fee to hire her.
So, why do you need to get in touch with her? Unless you plan to suddenly have the money.

No she is actually a very nice lady and has been helping me with issues regarding my ex ever since I had hired her the last time. She had told me that anytime I got served she would go over the papers with me and advise me even if she couldn't come to court and represent me. So I was actually just trying to to get her opinion and advice.

What were you actually served with? If you haven't gone before a judge yet to explain why you're so far behind, you should be okay. You will have to come up with a very valid reason why you're so far behind. Most likely you'll be put on probation. This is your first shot to get your hand slapped so-to-speak. Take it seriously because after this, you may have your driver's license suspended, any tax returns liened, any professional licenses revoked, and of course the possibility of jail time. You don't necessarily need your attorney with you on Monday. If this is your first hearing on it (and there aren't any warrants out for your arrest), you can either explain your way through it or request a continuance to seek counsel.
