I would have your husband file a grievance/complaint with the local Bar Association. Granted the Judge apologized "profusely", that does not excuse his bias and his failure to read the paperwork in front of him (if he did, he would've see your hubby's ex as the one in contempt and the obligor, not your hubby). Judges need to be held accountable.
