same question

I live in Washinton, divorce final on May 9, 2001, he had 30 days to comply with court ordered Parenting Seminar, there is still no certificate on file with the court house, faxed his attorney on June 22, 2001 no response from him. Parenting Seminar will not give out information if he has attended class. How would I get an official response from his attorney? I need to get the month he went (if he went) that starts a 6 month clock for different type of visitation. Very desparate to get an answer on this...PLEASE...................ANYONE????????????????????

Well it seems nobody knows the answer to this question, I have posted it several times, but I have come to several conclusions of why it has not.....
1. I do not have RED HAIR
2. Not very big fun bags
3. I didn't post a question like can I get spouse support? With several come backs but my favorite would have been the comment about the under-wire bra.
4. Not a drug addict who needs to be kicked in the @#$.
5. I posted a question in the Domestic Violence and Abuse section, and we know we don't even want to talk about that subject.
6. I am the CP.
7. I am not a step parent, or a fiance asking a question and not expecting the reply of you have not rights at all, don't even expect me to reply nicely to your question.
I would just like to close this by saying this has been one of the better"CHAT ROOMS" that I have been reading on the internet.

"WHEN REPLYING TO A MESSAGE, PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE, RESPECTFUL AND POLITE. REMEMBER, THERE IS A HUMAN BEING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THAT COMPUTER SCREEN" it should read....FOR ALL YOU PEOPLE WHO CANNOT PROPERLY ASK THE QUESTION EXPECT TO GET SLAMMED, THERE IS A CHANCE THAT AN ATTORNEY WILL ANSWER THE QUESTION

My response:

. . . or, it could be that I, nor any of the other contributors, practice law in Washington State. As such, and due to the specific advice that you need, it might take an inordinate amount of time to locate, and study, the Court Rules, and Statutes of Washington State, in order to give you a concise and precise answer - - and, because of the intracicies of the law, and due to the fact that I do not practice in Washington State, might lead to an incorrect answer.

Therefore, if you can't get a response to your post on these boards, it's usually an indicator that, perhaps, you should seek the advice of a local attorney.

I apologize for your disatisfaction with these boards.
