154NH773 I now agree with your response. I have the e-mails asking for permission to move it, I do not have a recording of him telling me it was ok to move it. I believe him to be a good man and will agree that he told me it was ok to move it. I believe the e-mail prior to moving it are complete enough to define the purpose was to provide a line of sight view from the driveway.I will not know if he had approval from the others till he heals unless he answers my e-mail. I do know the Road Supervisor which acts a County Engineer was not happy. He is also the one who would be liable if an injure law suit was filed because of the building being on County Right of Way. He depends on the County Attorney to have the structured removed.

Update

The County Magistrate who represents our area is trying to get the County Prosecutor to review the site. The Magistrate and Road Supervisor are in agreement the building should be removed. Things sure move slow down here.
