i feel for you hun. my boyfriend was charged with burglary and assault because his ex wife called him one night (they were married but separated) and told him she had several guys over at there house. he was upset because at least one of these guys that i know of, was in to drugs and they were over there while his kids were sleeping in the bedroom. anyway he went over angry and kicked in the door. he didn't hit anyone (she said she was afraid he would so they charged him with assault) and the apartment was in his name but he was still charged and did time for it both charges.

Okay... if he was convicted of assault, then he must have assaulted someone. They don't go around convicting people of crimes because someone says "I'm afraid such and such is going to commit this crime." Kayrenedenice; whoever told you that crock of a story lied to you.

Anyhow, to the OP.. this guy must have a prior record to get such a stiff sentence, eh?

VA single mom - In alaska there is a "fear assault" i have heard the story both from him and from the other guy who was there with his ex wife... EXACT SAME STORIES! also why would HER father be his 3rd party if he was such a bad person? and why would HER brother continue to be his best friend.

I'm not sure if I am believing this or not. I know I don't believe the part about not having keys because your daughter lost them.
